Sky (sky.com/wintersale) has launched its Sky Winter Broadband Sale which offers 12 months half price unlimited broadband to both new and existing customers.

New customers joining Sky without taking Sky TV can order the Sky Unlimited Broadband package online and pay just £5 a month for the first 12 months (usual price is £10 a month).

Sky phone line rental costing £12.25 a month is required while phone calls to UK landlines during the evenings and at weekends are included.

New customers taking Sky TV can also take advantage of the half price broadband sale and pay from just £23.75 a month (plus Sky phone line rental) for a bundle package.

This bundle includes the Sky+ box, Sky TV with 42 TV channels and over 200 free to air channels, Sky Unlimited broadband, plus inclusive evening & weekend calls to UK landlines.

Existing Sky TV customers ordering the half price Sky Unlimited Broadband package need only pay £3.75 a month for the first 12 months, provided they take Sky phone line rental. Offpeak calls to UK landlines are, again, included.

The Sky Unlimited Broadband package is a truly unlimited broadband package which means that, unlike other broadband providers, there’s no monthly download usage caps or limits to worry about.

With speeds up to 20Mbps, Sky also promise not to slow their Sky Unlimited broadband speeds down at peak usage times.

Sky’s Christmas offer (sky.com/christmas) is now available, providing new and existing customers with a 2 months free Sky Movies trial over the Christmas period.

To qualify for the offer, new or existing customers must order online a Sky Broadband, calls and line rental package at the sky.com/christmas website.

The offer means new customers switching to Sky will need to pay from just £20 a month for the first 2 months for Sky TV with Sky Movies 1 and 2, Sky Broadband Lite with speeds up to 20Mbps, plus inclusive evening and weekend phone calls with Sky Talk.

New customers can opt to take Sky’s unlimited broadband package (an additional £3.75 p/m) which has no download usage caps and makes the best use of Sky Anytime – Sky’s on demand movie service.
