The Orange Broadband ‘No Tricks Just Treats’ promotion (www.orange.co.uk/tricksvstreats) has a new treat for existing Orange mobile phone customers – Half price Orange Home Broadband for life.

Orange Broadband Tops Ofcom Customer Satisfaction

Orange Broadband (www.orange.co.uk/broadband) has been rated as the UK’s number one for customer satisfaction in a recent Ofcom survey of 3,000 customers from the top 5 broadband providers in the UK.

Orange had the lowest customer satisfaction levels for its home broadband service back in 2009 with 42%, it now tops the board with 76% following significant investment in how it delivers broadband to its customers.

Commenting on the news, a spokesperson from Orange said: “Since 2009 we have been working hard to make significant improvements in the area of home broadband, with a particular focus on improving the customer experience. We have been investing in the way we deliver broadband to our customers, ensuring greater reliability and speed of service”.

They continued: “We continue to offer the best home broadband value in the market and look forward to providing further service and experience improvements for our customers in the future”.

Orange currently offer its existing mobile phone customers 3 months free home broadband and calls, followed by a discounted £7.50 per month thereafter.

The move sees the company commit to a unique Price Promise where customers will get the cost of their monthly Orange Broadband and Calls package automatically reduced should Orange offer their package at a lower rate in the future.

From today, Orange Broadband will offer 3 core packages and one optional add on as it bids to simplify its range and remind its mobile phone customers that its home broadband and calls packages offer the best value in the UK.

The new core plans are called Simply Broadband, Broadband & Off Peak Calls and Broadband & Anytime Calls.

Existing Orange mobile phone customers need only pay £10 a month for Simply Broadband or Broadband & Anytime Calls while the Broadband & Offpeak Calls package is available for free for the first 3 months, followed by just £7.50 a month thereafter.

Non Orange mobile phone customers will need to pay an additional £5 a month for the plan of their choice.

Orange Broadband Free For 3 Months

Orange (orange.co.uk/broadband) is running a 3 months free offer on its Orange Home Broadband ‘Max’ package, saving customers £19.50.

In addition to unlimited wireless broadband speeds of up to 20Mbps, Orange Max, (usually priced at £6.50 a month), includes evening and weekend phone calls to UK landlines.

In order to qualify for the 3 months free offer, new customers must take an Orange pay monthly mobile phone plan or SIM with a minimum £15 a month tariff.

The ‘Orange BABTAC Treat Mum Beauty Voucher’ can be redeemed for one of two offers, either a mini beauty treatment, or two for the price of one on any beauty treatment.

Orange Revamps With FREE 20Mb Home Broadband

Orange (orange.co.uk) has launched a FREE 20Mb home broadband offer as part of an exciting revamp of its home broadband packages and price plans.

The download speeds of its four home broadband packages (including the new Ultra package) have been boosted from 8Mbps to up to 20Mbps, while download usage limits have been scrapped – though a fair usage policy applies.

Existing Orange mobile customers and those new customers opting for a home broadband and Orange pay montly mobile bundle are being offered the cheapest broadband prices with Orange Max now free for the first 3 months.

The Orange Max package provides unlimited download speeds up to 20Mpbs together with a free wireless router, plus evening and weekend phone calls to UK landlines. The price reverts to just £6.50 a month after the first 3 months.

Non Orange mobile customers can also benefit with broadband packages starting from just £7 a month for speeds up to 20Mbps.
