BT (BT.com) has launched a free connection charge offer for new customers switching to BT who need a new BT phone line installed or re-connected.
The new offer means new customers can save themselves the one-off BT line connection charge of £127.99.
In order to qualify, new customers must order online a BT Broadband and Phone calls package, the cheapest of which is currently £6.99 a month for the first 3 months, followed by £13.99 per month after.
This package provides up to 20Mbps broadband download speeds plus unlimited evening and weekend phone calls to UK landlines and 0845/0870 numbers.
A free BT wireless router (known as the BT Home Hub), worth £89.99, is also included in this package.
New customers requiring a new BT phone line and a phone calls package, but with no broadband, will need to pay a one-off £29.99 connection charge, which will be added to their first bill.
Readers can find out more at the BT.com website.
